What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is specified during the checkout process, however usually sits at about 1-2 weeks. We aim to get most orders dispatched within a week.
Orders with 200 or more garments can range between 3-4 weeks.

We have rush upgrades available should you need your order sooner.

What are your
shipping costs?

 

Shipping costs depend on order quantity and weight. Regular Post delivery starts at $12. 
Express Post and Courier services are also available.

Standard Post delivery is 3-7 business days and Express Post is 1-3 business days
Depending on location - This can vary slightly

Are your garments good quality?

 

Yes! We mainly use AS Colour garments as they are the most popular and are amazing quality, especially for Direct to Garment printing.

We can also source from a huge range of other suppliers, if you can't find what you're looking for on our website, shoot us an email and we can most likely source it!

Other common brands are Ramo, JB's Wear, Winning Spirit, Grace Collection, and Baby Blanks

Can we supply our own garments for printing?

 

You can!

However, we cannot warranty these items, or guaranty their quality if they aren't a brand we've printed on before.
If you'd like a quote, or some more info about printing onto your own items, please reach out and we can talk you through the process.

What is your printing method?

 

We use 'direct to garment' digital printers. This print method allows us to print full colour, high resolution graphics (at no extra cost) without the expensive setup cost. This method is ideal for small run orders.

We also offer DTF, Embroidery, Screen Printing, Sublimation and HTV upon request.

Do you have a shop?

Unfortunately not, we currently operate out of a warehouse in Ballan, VIC, which is production only, not a retail store. Our business is 100% online and all orders can only be placed via our website, which inturn provides you with incredibly cheap prices. We do have an option for pick up orders.
