Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on non personalised items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

 

Cancellations

General Cancellation Rule

Due to the custom nature of our products, all tees are made-to-order based on your specifications. Once production begins, we cannot accept cancellations.

Exceptions (24-Hour Window)

We understand that mistakes happen. You may request a cancellation only if your request is received within 24 hours of placing your original order, and production has NOT commenced. There are times when our production team will print your items the same day, please keep this in mind when ordering.

Restocking Fee

All cancellations accepted within the 24-hour window will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Example: If your order total is $50 and the restocking fee is 5%, your refund will be $47.50.

No Cancellations After 24 Hours

We cannot accept any cancellations or offer refunds after this 24-hour period.

 

 

Guarantee of Satisfaction


Speedy Tees stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Speedy Tees products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Speedy Tees takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Speedy Tees does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
