What is your turnaround?

Our turnaround time is specified during the checkout process, however sits at about 1-2 weeks. We aim to get most orders dispatched within a week.

We have rush upgrades available should you need your order sooner.

What are your
shipping costs?

 

Shipping costs depend on order quantity and weight. Regular Post delivery starts at $12. 
Express Post and Courier services are also available.

Standard Post delivery is 3-7 business days and Express Post is 1-3 business days

Are your garments good quality?

 

Yes! We mainly use AS Colour garments as they are the most popular and are amazing quality, especially for Direct to Garment printing.

We can also source from a huge range of other suppliers, if you can't find what you're looking for on our website, shoot us an email and we can most likely source it!

Can we supply our own garments for printing?

 

Unfortunately no. As all fabric type varies depending on brand etc, so does the print quality. Our DTG print method also requires a unique pretreatment for the inks to cure. We know our garments are best suited to the printing method so you can be assured of a high quality finished product.
WE DO NOT PRINT ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS.

What is your printing method?

 

We use 'direct to garment' digital printers. This print method allows us to print full colour, high resolution graphics (at no extra cost) without the expensive setup cost. This method is ideal for small run orders. We also offer DTF, Embroidery and HTV upon request.

Do you have a shop?

No, We operate out of a warehouse which is production only, not a retail store. Our business is 100% online and all orders can only be placed via our website, which inturn provides you with incredibly cheap prices. We do have an option for pick up orders.

Prices will be increasing from February 1st 2024

Over the past two years, we have made every effort to absorb rising costs and maintain our current pricing structure. However, due to factors such as increased inflation and escalating operating expenses, we find it necessary to adjust our prices.

From the 1st of February 2024, we will be implementing an increase in our prices.
